Anyone who meets certain medical eligibility requirements can donate blood. These include:

• Being between 18 and 60 years old
• Weighing at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
• Having a normal hemoglobin level
• Being free of acute illnesses or chronic conditions in an active stage
• Not having had a tattoo or piercing within the past six months
• Not having recently undergone surgery, experienced an infection, received a vaccination, or had other temporary medical restrictions

The Donor Appreciation Program is designed to support blood donors through recognition and care for their recovery after donation. Its goal is to promote a culture of blood donation as an important part of social responsibility.

As a participant, you gain access to enhanced cashback offers from PUMB and participating program partners as a token of appreciation for your contribution.

Rewards are available to PUMB customers who use the PUMB mobile app and donate blood through DonorUA or Agents of Blood, including:

• Those who have donated blood within the past 12 months
• Those who donate blood after the launch of the Donor Appreciation Program

Please note:
If you donate blood through other organizations, your contribution is still greatly appreciated. However, to participate in this program and receive enhanced cashback rewards, donations must be made through DonorUA or Agents of Blood, which are technically integrated with the bank.

Yes. To participate in the program, simply follow these steps:

1. Download the PUMB mobile app, open a Mastercard card, and become a PUMB customer.
2. If you have already donated blood through DonorUA or Agents of Blood within the past 12 months, you will need to authorize the sharing of your donation data with the bank according to the process established by the respective organization.
3. If you have not donated blood yet, register for a donation through DonorUA or Agents of Blood, consent to sharing your donation data with the bank, and complete your donation.
4. Once your donation has been verified, you will automatically gain access to rewards in the PUMB mobile app.

After you provide consent for your personal data to be shared through DonorUA or Blood Agents, the following information is shared with PUMB:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Confirmation of a successful blood donation made within the past 12 months

This information:

• Is used solely to verify your participation in the Donor Appreciation Program
• Is not shared with third parties
• Is stored in accordance with the bank’s internal security protocols and the applicable requirements of Ukrainian personal data protection laws

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by contacting DonorUA or Blood Agents support.

It’s simple:

1. Register for a blood donation through DonorUA or Agents of Blood.
2. Once you have donated blood and activated your participation in the Donor Appreciation Program, your status will be updated.
3. Enhanced cashback offers for blood donors will appear in the Benefits section of the PUMB mobile app.

After your donation is completed and you have provided consent to share your data, DonorUA or Agents of Blood send a confirmation through a secure API integration with PUMB. You will receive a push notification when your status is updated and enhanced cashback rewards become available.

There may be several reasons why your rewards are not yet visible:

• Your donation data has not yet been received by the system. In some cases, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• You have not activated your participation in the Donor Appreciation Program or have not provided consent on the DonorUA or Agents of Blood website to share your personal data.
• You registered for a donation without creating an account on the DonorUA or Agents of Blood website.
• Your personal or contact information may be incorrect. Please verify that your first name, last name, and phone number are entered correctly on the DonorUA or Agents of Blood website.
• Your card is not a Mastercard. At this time, rewards under the program, including enhanced cashback, are available only to Mastercard cardholders. You can open a Mastercard free of charge through the PUMB mobile app or at a PUMB branch.

If the issue persists, please contact PUMB, DonorUA, or Agents of Blood support through the in-app chat or on their official websites.

You can find your rewards in the Benefits section on the main screen of the PUMB mobile app. If you participate in the Donor Appreciation Program, you will see a list of available rewards there.

You can receive enhanced cashback rewards, as well as special promo codes from PUMB and participating program partners.

After each blood donation, enhanced cashback from PUMB and participating partners becomes available to program participants from the date of donation through the end of the current month and the following month. For individuals who donated blood within the 12 months prior to the launch of the Donor Appreciation Program, enhanced cashback becomes available from the date they activate their participation in the program.

Yes. To maintain your active donor status and continue receiving rewards, you must have at least one verified blood donation within the past 12 months.

Rewards become available after each donation and remain active from the date of donation through the end of the current month and the following month. For example, if you donate blood on August 1, your rewards will remain active through September 30.

By donating regularly, you can continue participating in the Donor Appreciation Program while helping save lives.

Rewards under the Donor Appreciation Program are available only to Mastercard cardholders. If you currently have a card from another payment network, you can quickly and free of charge open a Mastercard through the PUMB mobile app or at your nearest PUMB branch. It only takes a few minutes and gives you access to all the benefits of the Donor Appreciation Program.

The Donor Appreciation Program is available to adult citizens of Ukraine who are registered donors with DonorUA and/or Agents of Blood and are PUMB customers.

The Program is conducted within the territory of Ukraine, excluding the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, territories of possible hostilities, active combat zones, and active combat zones where state electronic information resources continue to operate, as defined by Order No. 376 of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine dated February 28, 2025, as amended, as well as by other applicable laws and regulations of Ukraine in effect on the relevant date.

Please note that some rewards may be available only in certain cities. Such limitations are specified in the terms and conditions of the respective partner.

You can opt out of the Donor Appreciation Program in one of the following ways:

• Contact PUMB Support through the chat in the mobile app or on the official website.
• Withdraw your consent to share personal data on the DonorUA or Agents of Blood website. This will stop the transfer of information about your blood donations to the bank.

After you withdraw your consent, your profile will be removed from the program and rewards will no longer be available.
